Cancellation
You may cancel your Firmiate subscription at any time from your account settings.
Subscription Access After Cancellation
Your subscription remains fully active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact team@firmiate.com within 7 days of the charge.
Free Tier
The free tier requires no payment and is not subject to this refund policy.
